About Us


We are a husband and wife team with experience in vacation rentals and a passion for the West Michigan lakeshore. We started Beachside Rental Services in 2014 and have since learned first-hand the necessity of traveling with a full-size crib after having a daughter who would sleep in nothing else! We keep our own child in mind when purchasing, cleaning and setting up our equipment, to ensure that yours will be comfortable when sleeping, eating and riding in a new environment.

How To Book

You can book your items through the web site on the "Rental Products" page. View specific information about each item by clicking on it and opening the "details" tab above the picture. ​To add additional items to your order, click "Add To Booking" in the upper left corner. At checkout, please list either the rental company or the property owner's information so that we can work with them to coordinate delivery before you arrive.​

What Areas Do You Deliver To?
Our standard delivery area is along the West Michigan lakeshore from Grand Haven to South Haven. (Grand Haven, Holland, Saugatuck, Douglas, Glenn, Fennville, South Haven and anything within this area) We may be able to deliver outside of our area on a discretionary basis for an additional fee (Please understand that this option is likely not available on weekends or holidays.)

What Are Your Standards for Safety and Cleanliness?
We take great care in researching our equipment before we purchase it. We select brands that are highly reputable for safety and quality and items that comply with CPSC regulations. We register all of our equipment with the manufacturer in order to be notified of recalls and regularly watch CPSC’S web site for recalls as well.

Although health and safety have always been our utmost priority, we are taking additional steps to ensure it. All of our items are cleaned and sanitized using all natural, non-toxic cleaning products before and after each rental. All linens are washed with sanitizing detergent and individually packaged for safe storage and transport.

Do You Offer Discounts For Longer Rental Periods or Multiple Items?
We offer a discounted price for weekly rentals (seven nights). This discount will be reflected when you select your dates on the booking calendar.

What Is Your Cancelation Policy?
We provide prompt and hassle-free cancellations. If you need to cancel an order you can do so by responding to your confirmation email. Cancelled orders will be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival date (midnight EST) will be ​​​NON REFUNDABLE.

What Time Will My Rental Items Be Delivered?
Our delivery window is between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. We are unable to schedule an exact delivery time because we deliver to such a large area, however we will do our best to accommodate your requests if at all possible. 

Do You Require A Deposit?
In order to reserve the items you want for your requested dates, the balance must be paid in full including sales tax and delivery charge upon ordering.

Can I Pick The Items Up Myself?
For safety and liability purposes, we cannot allow anyone else to transport our equipment. All items will be delivered to and picked up from your rental location.

How Far In Advance Do I Need To Place The Order?
As soon as possible! Reservations are based on availability, so once your vacation plans are confirmed, place your order right away to ensure you can get everything you need. Our booking page is set up by inventory, so if an item is rented out during your selected dates it will come up as "unavailable." If you need an immediate last-minute rental, you can contact us by email or text for help placing your order.

Do I Need To Clean The Equipment Before You Pick It Up?
All of the equipment will be cleaned and sanitized and any linens will be washed after pick-up, however we do ask that all of the items be free of crumbs and sand. We also ask that you do your best to clean any spills that may occur throughout your rental period to avoid stains or damage to the item, especially when renting a high chair or stroller.
