Beachside Rental Services is West Michigan's premiere crib and baby equipment rental company. We understand the importance of your family vacation, escaping your stressful job and busy day-to-day activities so you can relax and focus on making memories with your family. We also understand the importance of ensuring that your babies and toddlers are well cared for and have the equipment that they need. From cribs and high chairs to strollers and baby gates, our family can help your family enjoy your time on the lakeshore without lifting a finger.

We work with your rental company for easy delivery.

We transport and assemble all of our cribs and rental equipment before your arrival at your West Michigan vacation destination and retrieve it after your departure. All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned with non-toxic products before and after each rental and kept in a clean facility. We are dedicated to your peace of mind, the safety of your child and the value of your family vacation.

We also offer beach equipment rental items to complete your perfect vacation.

Our delivery area includes Saugatuck, Douglas, Holland, Fennville, Glenn, South Haven, Grand Haven and Spring Lake. We may deliver to additional areas depending on distance and dates. Please contact us regarding your area before booking if you are staying outside of this range.

You can book your items through the web site on the Book Now page. View specific information about each item by clicking on it and opening the "details" tab above the picture. ​To add additional items to your order, click "Add To Booking" in the upper left corner. At checkout, please list either the rental company or the property owner's information so that we can work with them to coordinate delivery before you arrive.​

FAQ's

What Areas Do You Deliver To?
Our standard delivery area is along the West Michigan lakeshore from Grand Haven to South Haven. (Grand Haven, Holland, Saugatuck, Douglas, Glenn, Fennville, South Haven and anything within this area) We may be able to deliver outside of our area on a discretionary basis for an additional fee.

What Are Your Standards for Safety and Cleanliness?
We take great care in researching our equipment before we purchase it. We select brands that are highly reputable for safety and quality and items that comply with CPSC regulations. We register all of our equipment with the manufacturer in order to be notified of recalls and regularly watch CPSC’S web site for recalls as well. All of our items are cleaned and sanitized using all natural, non-toxic cleaning products before and after each rental. All linens are washed with sanitizing detergent and individually packaged for safe storage and transport.

Do You Require A Deposit?
In order to reserve the items you want for your requested dates, the balance must be paid in full including sales tax and delivery charge upon ordering.

Why Do The Prices Keep Changing When I Enter Different Dates?
We offer a few different length-of-stay discounts. The price when booking will change to reflect a discount when you book for 5, 6, or 7+ nights.

What Is Your Cancelation Policy?
We provide prompt and hassle-free cancellations. If you need to cancel an order you can do so by responding to your confirmation email. Cancelled orders will be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival date (midnight EST) will be ​​​NON REFUNDABLE.

I Can't Get Into My Rental Until 4pm, How Do You Handle Delivery And Pick Up?
We do our best to have the items delivered before you arrive. We will work with your property managers or deliver the items to the porch. Our delivery window is between 12pm and 5pm, so if we are not able to deliver before your arrival we will have everything there by 5pm. We also pick everything up after you leave so that you don't have to worry about scheduling while you are trying to check out.

I Don't Have The Delivery Address Yet, Can I Still Book?
This is very common and not an issue at all. All we really need to know in advance is the delivery city. When making the reservation just note in the address line that you haven't received it yet, and contact us via email when you get it.


Can I Pick The Items Up Myself?
For safety and liability purposes, we cannot allow anyone else to transport our equipment. All items will be delivered to and picked up from your rental location.

How Far In Advance Do I Need To Place The Order?
As soon as possible! Reservations are based on availability, so once your vacation plans are confirmed, place your order right away to ensure you can get everything you need. Our booking page is set up by inventory, so if an item is rented out during your selected dates it will come up as "unavailable." If you need an immediate last-minute rental, you can contact us by email or text for help placing your order.

Do I Need To Clean The Equipment Before You Pick It Up?
All of the equipment will be cleaned and sanitized and any linens will be washed after pick-up, however we do ask that all of the items be free of crumbs and sand. We also ask that you do your best to clean any spills that may occur throughout your rental period to avoid stains or damage to the item, especially when renting a high chair or stroller.

Who We Are


We are a husband and wife team with experience in vacation rentals and a passion for the West Michigan lakeshore. We started Beachside Rental Services in 2014 and have since learned first-hand the necessity of traveling with a full-size crib after having a daughter who would sleep in nothing else! We keep our own children in mind when purchasing, cleaning and setting up our equipment, to ensure that yours will be comfortable when sleeping, eating and riding in a new environment.
